DGE thermolysis plant MINI

  • semimobile
  • fully automatic
  • manless operation possible
  • autarc up to 3 days

  • Design by DGE 2006-2012
  • Yokohama
  • pilot plant for MHI
  • industrial sludge
  • in operation since 11/2000

  • design by Dirk Gerlach 2000

Please note:

Since 2013 we offer the MIDI-plant series. A MIDI-single plant can operate the double input, by nearly same price and required space.

Possible Operation

Pilot Plant

Following features are included:
  • lot of sensors for detailed test reporting
  • control system with large data storage for later processing
  • from the real data a real kernel can be built for furtherupscale simulation
  • semimobile plant for further easy replacement

Education Plant

  • same control system
  • same measurement
  • mostly identical units
as the larger plants type MAXI and MASTER.

Local Energy Supply

  • configured feeding materials (granulate/pellets) for easy and very safety operation
  • environmental friendly disposal of local production waste
  • hygienisation and thermal disposal of predried (hazardous) sludges
feeding material input energy free energy energy price operating costs
Scrap tire granulate (100 €/t) 300kg/h = 2.7 MW oil: app. 1.3 MW
carbon: app. 1.0 MW
0.022 €/kWh (only oil)
0.013 €/kWh (oil + coke)
0.09 €/kWh incl. financing
0.05 €/kWh

Local allround solution

With the possibility of several feed materials you got an universal solutions for small villages of appr. 100 - 300 citizens:
  • plastic waste processing for producing a storable heating energy, possible fuel for power generation
  • biomass processing for producing fertilizer (ex. g. Tera Preta)
  • food rest processing as waste disposal
  • soil processing for cleaning the environment (ex. g. mercury contamination of gold production)
  • (waste) heat for heating of green houses (food production)
