Upgrading of Electronic Waste

Target

  • Reducing carbon hydrogens without combustion
  • Increasing metall content

Products

  • Permanent gas: Mainly H2, CH4, CO, CO2
  • Condensate oil: Due to process conditions and input educt from light oil to heavy oil/tar
  • Condensate water: Due to process temperature from acid to alcalic
  • Solids: High content of metalls with small amount of carbon

Advantages DGE Basic Technology

  • Continuous process for highest quality and stability
  • Simply halogene binding in solids
  • Low temperature oxygene free process for soft metall treatment
  • No critical emissions

Needed Pre Treatment

  • Drying: not needed
  • Crushing: sensefull
  • Sorting: reducing of recyclates suggested

Post Treatment by Partners

  • Separation process
  • Distillation of condensate oil
