Plant types
 |
Conventional huge size plant (type MEGA/ULTRA)
This plant includes all equipment from product bunker to off gas cleaning system.
This plant type normally operates with a steam boiler and turbine circuit, which requires special operating personal.
This plant is mostly equal to conventional coal fired power plant with closed possiblities of load regulation. They are not usable for peak pwer generation.
|
 |
Preplant with burner system for existing power plants
This preplant is a good solution for modernization of existing power plants, where the boiler, the turbine and the off gas cleaning system can be used.
Pyrolysis gas is easier and cleaner to burn as waste at a grate firing, so you get better emissions.
|
 |
Basic plant
This plant layout is the solution if you need hot gases (700°C).
You can connect boiler or other heat exchangers.

DGE Plant Design
In reason of cooling down the payrolysis gas and getting condensate (pyrolysis oil) energy will storable and be used for peak power generation!
Also you got more simple energy flows and simple control loops. Due to this you got a much more safety plant design.
Due to the higher felxibility the operater can produce these products which are still getting the highest profit.
